The man pictured is the alleged boko-haram supplier of food and fuel. He is reported to be the guy in charge of making available, necessary essentials that makes living in the wilderness possible for the terrorist group. He was arrested by the army as they pushed to dismantle various boko-haram camps located deep in Sambisa forest.
