There is a Vice news Documentary trailer about the Nigerian army fighting boko-haram in Maiduguri. It looks like a Hollywood block buster with the nice editing and hyper-active Nigerian soldiers.
I don’t know how they guy made it out there because the Defense head Quarters (DHQ) has been anti Journalist since Yvonne Ndege's interview with what seemed to be a Boko-haram sympathizer in the army.
It looks bad ass except for the guys having alcohol while their colleagues were shooting mortar shells at the enemy outside and hopefully, there exist some kind chain of command. Keeping my fingers crossed for when the full documentary is released, hope those soldiers were shooting at real targets.
