War College Confirm President Buhari Got His Diploma in 1980

The email states and i quote "Nigerian Colonel Muhammadu Buhari is a graduate of the U.S Army War College Class 1980, and earned a US Army War College diploma."

It's not a masters degree. Where is Jonathan's PhD thesis? Who was is supervisor? etc So many questions waiting to be answered.
