The judge struck out the two count charge brought against the alleged Nyanya bomb mastermind, citing incompetence of prosecutors and Inspector General of police. SSS is still holding Ogwuche which is obviously unconstitutional. If you are not bringing any charge against the man, let him go. Useless government, busy chasing Tambuwal, robbing law firms for court papers and and raiding opposition office, good for nothing.
