The suspected co-mastermind of Nyanya bomb blast has finally been repatriated back to Nigeria from Sudan where he cowardly ran to seek refuge from justice.
It cost a lot of money to transport these guys around. Look at his face, I wonder what's going on in his mind. He should have been transported back to Nigeria in an unmanned propeller plane, without air-conditioning, noise insulation and chained to a metal seat. That would be a first step in warning wannabe killers that there won't be a comfortable joy ride in a Nigerian jet.
So, what kind of punishment will serve as deterrent, provide closure for his victims family, make the government look macho on the fight against terrorism and be fair to the suspect?
