Shell has this competition where student teams from around the world are tasked to design, build and test energy efficient vehicles. The vehicle that goes the farthest, using the least amount of energy/fuel wins. Oh, the irony. From the kind of cars I see competing, I see why Mr Mr Ben Van Beurden congratulated Nigeria saying "The energy, the enthusiasm and the innovation that has taken place, and the fact that we have a Nigerian team here participating is an incredibly milestone."
The Nigerian representatives are from the University of Benin and another team from University of Lagos is expected to be considered to compete. The Nigerian Twizy looks nice and hopefully, it'll go far.
